By commissioning me, you agree to follow the terms below:

Commissions created can be posted to social media sites, unless requested to be private, such as:
- Furaffinity
- Twitter
- Deviantart
- Caard
- Portfolio Use

Designs that have been purchased such as adopts and customs may be used for trading purposes, artwork, roleplay or commissioned art. When doing so, please credit me for the original design. If selling or trading the design, the artwork may only be sold or traded for an equal or lower price unless there has been additionally commissioned art of the design added.You must credit me for the design if someone asks about its origins, if you claim to be the original creator you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.You may repost my artwork and designs to your own personal sites, but you MUST credit me by leaving my watermark on the artwork, and if you feel inclined, link to one of my accounts. Removing my watermark will result in being reported and considered an act of art theft/plagiarism.Payment will be through Cashapp or Venmo in USD. Commissioners will be responsible for conversion rates and additional fees. Payment will be accepted in full after a watermarked sketch is produced. If you chargeback on a completed artwork, the ownership of the design will be revoked and you will be automatically blacklisted. Any paid artworks/designs are not eligible for chargebacks unless under the following exceptions:- I have not produced any further work after a sketch of the requested artwork within one month or have no communication after three weeks of the commission. A partial refund of where the work has stopped will be returned to the commissioner.- I have a personal, medical, or circumstantial problem that renders me unable to complete the commission in which a partial refund can be awarded.If you would like to use my art for commercial purposes such as the sale of stickers, pins, badges, etc please inquire about this first before doing so.
Please do not use my art for any kind of NFTs or AI programs, this is NOT permitted!!!!If my terms are violated you will be given a reminder and asked to follow them. If these terms are ignored or refused to abide by them, you will be blacklisted and further action may be taken depending on which terms are violated.Thank you for reading my ToS and agreeing to them <3.

Availability

Depending on my future work/job schedules working on a piece may take more time. In any case that I may have to take more time on your artwork, I will do my best to communicate my scheduling.In the case that I am not feeling 100% myself such as health issues (mental & physical), I will do my best to work on your commission and will do my best so that I am able to continue clear communication with you.

Refunds

In the case that the commissioner requests a refund, a refund will be issued for the amount of work that has not been finished at the time. After an artwork is finished, a refund can not be requested and will not be issued.If a deadline is issued and the design is not completed in the specified time period, a partial refund of 50% will be issued as I still need to be compensated for the work already done or if I have not started work on it, a full refund will be issued.Refunds will not be given if the commissioner refuses to pay for a finished piece and you will be blacklisted. Additionally, I have the rights to resell the artwork as a YCH (your character here) piece to make up for any lost income. If payment is retracted (chargebacks via paypal, venmo or cashapp), the rights to use the artwork in any capacity are revoked and are returned to me. Includes pre-made and custom artworks.If payment is not received after a sketch is produced, a reminder will be given after 24 hours and if no communication regarding payment is given then the agreement is null until payment is received.Any chargebacks without appropriate notice or discussion will render the discussed work null and void therefore violating my terms of service.
